Creating Stronger Athletes(formerly Scale Preparatory Leadership Academy) is an award winning athletic academy that focuses on the enrichment of players within district, supervision of coaching staff, and has established a reputation for the highest standards in achievement on the court and in the classroom. Our National and Regional teams have been recognized on the highest platforms possible for their divisions due to the hardworking and dedication of both our athletes and our players. The CSA staff has developed and monitored study halls for student athletes, created practice schedules and game plans, scouted opposing teams and established key strategies for wins over ranked opponents. As an organization we are committed emphasizing the character development of student athletes by including them in volunteer work such as organizing and participating in food and toy drives for underprivileged members of the Riverside community.
